Terms of Service
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
Retailerpros (“the Service”) is business-management software for phone and electronics retailers, operated by osStore (“we”, “us”). These terms are a contract between us and the business that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping passwords confidential, and for everything done under your accounts — including staff accounts you create. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
3. Free trial and billing
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, and $0.00 is charged at signup.
- When the trial ends, the card on file is automatically charged the monthly price of the plan you selected, and monthly thereafter, until you cancel. You agree to this at signup.
- Prices are shown at signup and in your billing settings. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
4. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.
- Cancelling a paid subscription stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
5. Your data
Your business data — your products, inventory, sales, customers, and records — is yours. We host and process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If your account lapses or you cancel, your data is retained so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off; you may request its deletion at any time.
6. Supplier Restock Alerts
The Service includes Supplier Restock Alerts: your supplier (Retailerpros’s operator) can see your low-stock items only — product name, brand, quantity on hand, and your low-stock threshold — so they can proactively help you restock. Your sales, customers, costs, and prices are never shared through this feature. It is on by default and you can turn it off at any time in Settings; switching it off takes effect immediately.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break the law, including selling stolen devices or falsifying records (such as IMEI histories);
- attempt to access other tenants’ data or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service;
- resell or sublicense the Service itself without our written agreement.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided “as is” without a guaranteed uptime level. Support is available at support@phillyphonesdistributor.com.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost data — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive (your data rights, liability limits) survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we’ll notify you (by email or in-app) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@phillyphonesdistributor.com.
